a company IT involved in different projects on many customer area Financial, Privates commerce Local and on all territories on Italy. Recently we collaborate with American clients. Main team activities consists to manage all types problem and needs of my team members, dispatch only if i don't solve this needs or problematics, i follow progress of my team members also, showing in my experience the way to reach some tech skills. My personal objective is shows approachs and methods to solve a problem following Engineering mentality because often a problem hide simple and immediate solutions.
